Welcoming approach to hotel i.e., bench and umbrella outside the front door. Well organized, courteous front desk staff. Patient with non-Japanese speakers.

Comfortable beds and great onsen experience.
I had a rather disappointing experience . The temperature in the room was uncomfortably warm, and we struggled to cool it down. On top of that, the parking situation was disappointing as we ended up needing to park several streets away due to a lack of available spaces. It felt frustrating to have these inconveniences overshadow an otherwise nice hotel.

The room was super spacious, definitely the biggest I've had in Japan. Super clean and comfy, with a nice bathroom. Free ice cream and amenities were a bonus. Plus, they provided new towels every day. The decor had a cozy vibe that matched the whole hotel experience. A bit of a firm bed, but overall, it was a solid stay.
